Where we work
Corviniti is an accounting advisory firm with staffed offices in New York City, Miami, and San Francisco. The New York office is our headquarters and where the practice started; Miami and San Francisco followed the clients, first the funds and founders who moved to South Florida, then the venture-backed companies on the West Coast.
The work is the same from each office: technical accounting, financial reporting, IPO and SPAC readiness, CFO advisory, and the bookkeeping and tax that sit underneath all of it. What changes by location is the tax layer a business actually files under, and that is what the location pages below go into.
Every engagement is led by a CPA, and a great deal of our work is remote, so the office nearest you matters less than whether we know the rules you file under. Clients run from single-owner businesses to public companies, across all fifty states and a number of foreign private issuers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be near an office to work with you?
No. Most of our work is remote, and clients run across all fifty states. The offices matter for the markets we know best and for clients who want to meet in person; they are not a requirement. What matters more is whether we know the rules you file under, which is what the location pages set out.
Which office would handle my work?
Whichever one fits the work. The team is led from New York, and a CPA is on every engagement regardless of which office opened it. If your filings are concentrated in one state, we put someone who knows that state's rules on the return.
Can you handle filings in states where you have no office?
Yes. We prepare federal returns and state filings well beyond the three states we sit in, including multi-state apportionment and the nexus questions that come with selling or hiring across state lines. Where a state has a rule worth knowing about, we would rather tell you before it costs money.
Do you meet clients at the office?
Yes, by appointment. Most first conversations happen by phone or video because it is faster, but if you would rather come in, say so when you get in touch and we will set a time.
